Don’t get me wrong: I’m very much about the look of the Aston Martin DBS GT Zagato rendering. I just also think it looks like a very sleek fish. This isn’t a bad thing. Aston Martin published renderings of the new DBS GT Zagato today, a car that marks the second half of the DBZ Centenary Collection, according to a press release. The project is, as its name implies, a celebration of Zagato’s 100th anniversary. Advertisement The DBS GT Zagato is based on the stunning DBS Superleggera, a car that perpetually looks open-mouthed with surprise. Zagato’s design enhances the already sleek lines, implementing the iconic double-bubble roof style that extends from the top of the wraparound windshield all the way to its tail. That double-bubble design can also be seen on the hood. DBZ Centenary Collection is Aston Martin’s own way of celebrating nearly 60 years of collaboration of the famed Italian design house. The collection is made up of extremely … [Read more...] about The Aston Martin DBS GT Zagato Rendering Looks Like a Sleek Fish
If you buy anAston Martin DBS GT Zagato you’ll get Zagato has taken the Aston Martin DBS Superleggera and done wonderful things to it. The most unbelievable part of this latest Zagato design is that there is literally zero rear visibility. Instead of a rear window made of glass, or plexiglass, or plastic, or anything human eyes can see through, there’s a single, solid carbon fiber roof piece which extends from the windshield all the way down the back of the car. Advertisement If you need to see behind you, Zagato has kindly fitted a rear-facing camera linked to a digital rear-view mirror. After all, it’s 2019. Only poor people need transparent surfaces. Something the pictures don’t really show you is that the DBS GT comes with an active grille, like you find on many new cars, which adjusts the aerodynamic profile of the front of the car to either make it more fuel efficient or to open up for better performance. Except on the DBS GT, there are … [Read more...] about The Aston Martin DBS GT Zagato Has No Rear Window Because Glass Is For Poors
Today's Nice Price or Crack Pipe Lincoln Mark V Coloma custom will help you cart home in style all your holiday swag, but will its price require carting too much cash? Maybe it was the rum balls, or the mandatory mistletoe mischief - my lips are soo chapped - was the cause, but whatever the reason, Monday proved a rumble. It will go down in history as the great Christmas battle of 2012 - waged between two gangs - the Rabid Rotary Club and the Cubic Inch Worms - all over the heart and soul of an LT1-powered '93 Mazda FD. Advertisement Well, maybe not its heart, but at least its cojones as it was that American V8 under its hood that caused even more consternation than its salvage title or eleven grand price. In the end, the real winner was the RX7, as it walked away with a narrow but solid 53% Nice Price win. Now that 2012 is nearing its end it's a good opportunity to reflect on the past and plan for the future. Today's custom 1977 Lincoln Mark V Coloma comes from a past that perhaps … [Read more...] about For $12,500, This Linolnchero Will Let You Make Your Mark
We're excited for the new, compact 2015 Jeep Renegade. But, will it go off-road? We called up Jeep's chief engineer and asked. He gave us exclusive, never-before-seen specs and details. The Renegade is an all-new Jeep, based on the parent company's new "Small Wide" platform, also used by the Fiat 500L. It's scheduled to go on-sale this December. Advertisement We're excited about it because, as a subcompact or "B Segment" vehicle, it promises to provide the frugality and urban practicality of a small car with the adventure capability of, well…a Jeep. Living in a city — Los Angeles — a small car makes a ton of sense for me. I need good fuel economy, a car that's easy to park and, since I spend all my money on motorcycles and camping, a low price is a big help too. But, I also spend virtually every weekend out in the mountains or desert, so I need a car that can make it down a difficult dirt road that may be washed out, full of deep sand or covered in slippery … [Read more...] about Will The 2015 Jeep Renegade Be Any Good Off-Road?

Last month, Cecilia ran a great feature on Andrew “GiantWaffle” Bodine, who was in the middle of an attempt to set a world record by streaming himself playing video games for 570 hours. Yesterday, he reached the finish line. Obviously, like any world record attempt these days in pretty much any field, participants are allowed a certain period of rest so as not to physically endanger themselves. Over 30 days, Bodine completed a 19-hour stream every single day, resulting in a total of 572 hours broadcast. Advertisement Previous streaming records include JayBigs’ 569 hours, ItsArmand’s 566 hours, Edison Park’s 541 hours and Zizaran’s 506.5 hours. Some of the games Bodine played during the marathon were Red Dead Redemption 2, Luigi’s Mansion 3, Escape From Tarkov, Rocket League, Factorio and Rainbow Six Siege. He also blew through the entirety of Death Stranding, taking just over 30 hours to finish it. He spent months training for the run, … [Read more...] about Streamer Sets World Record By Playing Games For 572 Hours
